Check the furniture arrangement
Look at chairs in use, the table, door swing and any screen together. Duo and Team have different proportions, so the best fit depends on your floor plan. Keep circulation and assembly space separate from the pod footprint.
Make hybrid meetings practical
Check sightlines to the screen from every seat, camera position and power requirements. Include these needs in the configuration. For confidential discussions, review the model-specific acoustic evidence and surrounding office conditions; an enclosure alone does not guarantee privacy.
Confirm the complete project cost before payment
The configurator shows the selected pod, fixed-price furniture and priced options in HUF. Delivery, unloading, selected installation, quote-required extras and applicable taxes or destination charges are confirmed in the complete project quote before payment.
